Privacy policy

This page describes what happens to your data on web-squad.com. Updated 2026-09-13.

Who we are

Web-Squad is a team that builds websites and online stores. You will find how to reach us on the Contact page.

What the site collects

The contact form and project brief send us your name, email, project description and any optional details you provide. The message is delivered to our email inbox; your details are not added to advertising lists.

Form pages use the essential session cookie ws_forms to prevent forged and duplicate submissions. To limit spam, the server temporarily counts attempts using a hash of the IP address; entries older than 15 minutes are removed when their storage bucket is next accessed. Message content is not stored in that rate-limit storage.

Visitor analytics and advertising pixels are not connected at present. Telegram opens only when you follow its link; forms are not forwarded to Telegram automatically.

Like every website, it runs on a server, and that server keeps a technical log of requests: IP address, time, page address and browser type. This is ordinary web server behaviour, needed to protect against attacks and to diagnose faults. We do not use those records to analyse behaviour and we do not combine them with anything else.

If you write to us

When you call, send an e-mail or message us, we see what you tell us: your name, your contact and the content of your enquiry. We use it only to reply to you and to do the work we agreed on.

We do not sell this data or pass it to third parties for advertising.

Who else has technical access

The site is hosted by a provider that processes data on our instruction and has access to the server logs. This is necessary for the site to work.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data of yours we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to complain to the data protection authority in your country. To use these rights, simply write to us.

Changes

We will update this page before connecting analytics or automatically forwarding enquiries to other services.
